Getting your order to your door
THREE26 Ltd aim to send out all our products in the highest quality packaging within 3 to 4 working days helping you get your products or services in a realistic time frame. If products are currently out of stock then there may be a delay getting the product to you. If there are any anticipated delays we will inform you before purchase. If any problems arise we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund.
As soon as you place an order you will receive an email stating your order and the shipping location. Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email confirming that the order has been completed and dispatched using your chosen shipping address.
The majority of our products, unless stated otherwise are shipped using Royal Mail. Once handed over to the service unless otherwise stated or agreed THREE26 can not accept the responsibility of the item. If you face any issues with your order of delivery we will try our hardest to deal with the situation and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Three26 offer two shipping methods worldwide:
- Tracked Shipping – A tracking code will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
- Non-tracked – To keep our shipping prices low and affordable a tracking feature is not available under this method. Once handed over to Royal Mail or equivalent Three 26 can not be held responsible for missing items or damages during shipping. However, we will try our hardest to see if we can assist in such a situation.
